You can request a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. Just write to [email protected] from the email you used to buy, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you ask within 14 days of a renewal charge, we refund that charge in full.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
